Appleseed Snowblowing® Service is an important part of the community
Appleseed supports communities that celebrate Canada's Game!
Volunteers are the lifeblood of many local community centres and we are pleased to join in with the crowd. After we have served our customers, Appleseed clears snow from outdoor rinks as a service to many of the neighbourhood communities that it serves. If your community centre needs help in this regard, please call the Appleseed Main Office at 613-224-7336. One polite request though.....please don't call when it is snowing as we will be serving our customers.

Appleseed supports the Snowsuit Fund.
The cold weather reminds us that there are those that see the winter as a challenge, not just to get in and out of their driveway, but to wonder how they are going to clothe their children who have grown out of last year's coats.

Pictured here are Appleseed Franchisees Denis St. Amour and Ken Dale presenting a cheque to the Snowsuit Fund.
The Snow Season brings the Hockey Season, so it can't be all that bad!
Appleseed ackowledges the many community volunteers that work hard to make sure that our young boys and girls learn good sportsmanship, commitment, and skills as they take on the competition at the local arena. We are proud to sponser minor hockey and the yearly Hockey Day in Canada tournament held at the Knoxdale-Merivale Community Centre organized by James O'Grady, Vice-President of the Arlington Woods Community Association.
